2. Rates
All prices included are list prices for the end user – VAT included. Prices and discounts can be changed at any time, without prior notice, except for reservations already confirmed and accepted. It is up to our Albergo Diffuso to replace the apartment or reimburse the user in the event of the premises being unusable. The rates shown are for a minimum stay of 3 days. For stays longer than 3 days a 10% discount will be applied.
3. Check-in and check-out times The hours of entry and exit from the accommodation are as follows: scheduled check-in: from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm. check-out by 11.00. These times may be subject to change only upon prior agreement with the management.
4. Penalty According to the customs and practices, in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the Customer, the management of the Albergo Diffuso is entitled to request, by way of compensation, the cancellation penalties on the total price resulting from the booking, in the following measures: : – cancellation received between the 30th and the 15th day prior to the stay: 15% penalty; – cancellation received between the 14th and 8th day before the stay: 40% penalty; – cancellation received between the 7th and 02nd day prior to the stay: 50% penalty; – cancellation received between the 2nd day prior to arrival and the day of arrival: 80% penalty. – failure to cancel the booking involves the payment of 100% of the amount.
5. Confirmatory deposit In order to confirm the reservation it is necessary to pay 30% of the entire amount of the stay within 10 days of booking. All bookings that do not follow the payment of the deposit within the established terms are not accepted, and Albergo Diffuso does not consider itself bound to the booking.
