General measures

Our staff carries out a quick antigenic swab every two weeks. At the reception and in other common areas, it is always mandatory to wear a mask and respect interpersonal distance. Reception staff are equipped with personal protective equipment necessary for the correct performance of the work entrusted to them: mask and gloves (if necessary).

The Albergo Diffuso has adopted, in addition to the measures described, the safety protocols recommended by the WHO (World Health Organization) and by the relevant local health services.

	HOME RESTAURANT “LA TERRAZZA” AND OSTERIA CONVIVIO
	Mandatory booking of all catering services with indication of the names of all occupants of the table. In our tavern a safety distance of 2 meters will be maintained between the tables. For the breakfast service, a buffet will be available for display only. Guests can choose the products displayed indicating their preference to the staff once they are spaced and seated at the table
	ROOMS
	For all rooms there is a daily cleaning and disinfection procedure as per government regulations. Once the room or apartment has been sanitized, no one will be able to enter before your arrival. At the start guests will be sanitized with hydrogen peroxide
	CHECK-OUT Guests will be asked to ask for the bill to be viewed the day before departure. At the time of check-out, a safe distance must be kept both with the reception staff and with any others other guests waiting
